How do I make a claim?

We work with you throughout the entire claims process – from initial response through final resolution – to provide fast, caring service and to settle your claim.

Here’s how to report a claim and how we help you:

  • As soon as possible, fill out your claim report online. We’ll ask you some initial questions and begin resolving your claim immediately.
  • A claims representative will contact you – generally by the end of the business day – to answer your questions and schedule an appointment. Be sure to discuss any questions you may have, what’s covered or the repairs with your claims rep at this time.
  • We’ll inspect your damages and provide an estimate.
  • We’ll help you with arrangements and service if you need it. You can use facilities in our network or take advantage of our concierge level of claims service – one or the other is available, depending on where you live – and we can schedule the appointment for you when you report the claim.
  • We’ll periodically check your claim status and address any further issues.

We settle your claim quickly, fairly and accurately so you can move on with your life.
